While our design team is famous for engagement rings, our custom list is vast and varied! We love creating dream pieces in the realms of: pendant and tennis necklaces, wedding bands, bracelets and statement rings (to name a few).

How do I get started?

If you’re located near Chicago, we'd love to meet you in our showroom for a consultation (which is super easy to book!). If you’re not local, our experts are available via phone, email and face-time to walk you through the entire process. Bring inspo photos of the jewelry you like! If we don't think we can make it to the DRD standard, we will let you know and discuss options. We cant wait to work with you!

How involved is the client throughout the process?

The client is a vital part of the entire custom process - we want to bring your vision to life! We appreciate all forms of style from over-the-top to understated, classic simplicity. We consistently produce everything from extravagant showstoppers to stunning and subtle beauties. Our custom engagement rings, for example, have included several stones and intricate design details while others have featured a solitaire: a brilliant, single stone glowing atop a delicate, gold band.
If you're looking to make a diamond piece, like a tennis bracelet or diamond studs, we’ll show you a curated selection from our diamond inventory while our experts drop knowledge. All gold? No problem! We've got you covered - all of our pieces are crafted from the finest, ethically sourced materials.

We've picked the materials, now what?

The design kicks off! Our designers will show you a CAD image (a digital blueprint) of your custom piece. We pride ourselves on creating unique jewelry with sentimental details and sublime craftsmanship.

How long does production take?

Typically, 4-6 weeks. Each piece is handmade here in our Chicago factory. Once the design is approved, production begins. The process ends with a thorough quality check to make sure that everything is perfect.
