Celebrating 15 Years of DRD

As I sit down to write my 15th Anniversary letter, I can't lie to you - I am struggling for words. The most important thing I think about when I reflect on 15 years is that I never dreamt this big. I've always hated being asked where I see myself in 5, 10, 15+ years because I just really live in the moment. If you had asked 23-year-old me in 2007, of course, I would have hoped DRD would still be around in 15 years, but it was just too far away to fathom. It is wild to think we have been doing this for 15 years - 22 since I started selling jewelry. 

So, what is significant about 15 for me? This is the year it hit me that my hobby at 16 turned into a passion that led to my career. My hobby has turned into something my children can look at and hopefully become inspired by. After all, DRD is kind of my first kid. (No one tell Poppy she is the middle child - that kid has enough sass as it is.) So here's to 15 years of Dana Rebecca Designs - may there be 15 more. But honestly, that's a lot to fathom, too.
