If you are unhappy with your order and want to return or exchange it, start your return or exchange online: Visit our Returns and Exchanges Portal.
Bundled items must be returned together. The retail value will be deducted from your total refund if an item is missing from the bundle.
Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the item. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Your items must be returned in the original Dana Rebecca packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, and receipts. Please note that any rips, tears, or previous shipping labels on the packages makes the box unsafe for shipping due to insurance purposes.
*All personalized, custom, bridal, final farewell, or any reduced priced items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
*Note for international returns: Shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns must be paid entirely by the customer. Please follow the appropriate instructions via our returns/exchanges portal.
The shipping and processing times vary based on the stock status of the piece(s) you are interested in, as well as the type of shipping you select at check out. Please reference below for further information on the types of status.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST will ship out Monday due to our office being closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Products that are in stock and ordered before 2pm CST from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. If a product is out of stock or made to order, a lead time will be indicated on the product page above the "add to cart" button.
Custom Order pieces are items that are made to order to your specifications, like ourName Cuff. Most custom order pieces have a 6-8 week turn-around time. Please note selecting expedited shipping at check out will not speed up production time.

Your new piece purchased from Dana Rebecca Designs website or showroom comes with a one year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.
