Dana Rebecca Designs pieces are handcrafted by our team of master jewelers out of the finest ethically sourced materials. Our collections are made from 14 karat gold, so they'll never tarnish or discolor. Furthermore, we make sure any unsellable items are given new life. We remove the stones, melt and refine the gold to recycle so it can be used again in future pieces. Nothing goes to waste.

Every piece receives a metal stamp and maker's mark, which you can find on the clasp of necklaces, the reverse size of charms, the inside shank of rings, and the posts/backs of earrings.

Our pieces are meticulously scrutinized by our quality control teams so you can rest assured you've invested in jewelry made to last.

How can I get my item repaired?

We can only repair items purchased at Dana Rebecca Designs within the last 5 years. Please be ready to provide proof of purchase to validate these requirements.

Things to Note:

• Repairs will take 8-10 weeks to complete.

Please note if you purchased your item through a department store or independent jewelry store, you need to contact that retailer for repair instructions. We do not repair pieces purchased at other retailers, including Nordstrom.

All repairs are subject to approval from our bench jewelers. If we cannot repair your item, we will ship it back to you.

Once your repair invoice is paid, completed repairs are shipped back to you in a DRD pouch. DRD covers the cost of return shipping.

Yes! We proudly assert that all diamonds in Dana Rebecca Designs pieces are conflict-free based on our close relationship with a select number of suppliers who have been individually vetted. All diamonds offered are from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and comply with United Nations Resolutions and the Kimberley Process.

Do you provide a shipping label for repairs?

We do not provide shipping labels for incoming repairs. You are responsible for shipping your repair to DRD. The cost of return shipping is covered by DRD.

Please do not send your repairs in any boxes, pouches, or sentimental cases as we cannot guarantee the repair will be shipped back in the original case it was sent in. Repairs are shipped back in a DRD pouch.

Print a shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label.
You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed.
If your order has already shipped, expedited shipping costs are NOT included in refund totals. If you cancel your order before it has shipped, expedited shipping charges will be included in your refund.

Bundled items must be returned together. The retail value will be deducted from your total refund if an item is missing from the bundle.

Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the item. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. The shipping and processing times vary based on the stock status of the piece(s) you are interested in, as well as the type of shipping you select at check out. Please reference below for further information on the types of status.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST will ship out Monday due to our office being closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Products that are in stock and ordered before 2pm CST from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. If a product is out of stock or made to order, a lead time will be indicated on the product page above the "add to cart" button.

Custom Order pieces are items that are made to order to your specifications, like our Name Cuff. Most custom order pieces have a 6-8 week turn-around time. Please note selecting expedited shipping at check out will not speed up production time.

Do you use ethical packaging materials?

Our exterior shipping materials, gift boxes, and DRD Luxe Boxes are completely recyclable. Our gift boxes and luxe boxes are made in the USA, and can be kept and used as keepsakes or storage containers. We offer a minimal packaging option at checkout for guests who prefer for their orders to ship with the least possible materials. Our black jewelry boxes and suede pouches are not recyclable.

Affirm allows you to pay for items on the Dana Rebecca Designs website through flexible financing over a period of time. The short application process requires providing some personal information—either through the pre-qualify link below or at checkout. In most instances, you’ll receive an immediate decision on your eligibility to purchase the designs of your dreams with payments over 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months.

*Affirm only conducts a soft credit check, which won’t affect your credit score, and keeps all sensitive information safely encrypted and protected using industry-standard security protocols. There are no late or hidden fees, and you will know the exact terms of your loan options—including APR and monthly payment amounts—before you decide on a plan, so you can select the one that works best for you.

At Checkout: To redeem your points in checkout, sign into our website and use the rewards dropdown below your order details in checkout to select how many points you'd like to redeem. Click apply and the code will be applied via the discount code field.

From the Reward Bar: Sign into our website, and Redeem points by expanding the bar at the bottom of the website. Expand the bottom bar by clicking the up arrow next to your points. To redeem your points via the bottom bar, press "Get Reward" then copy the provided code into the discount code field during checkout.

From the Rewards Page: sign into our website and click "REWARDS" on the top left-hand side of the screen. From here, you will be brought to your “REWARDS” homepage. To redeem your points, press "redeem" then copy the provided code into the discount code field during checkout. All your rewards can be viewed at the bottom of "REWARDS" page.‌

Points will not be redeemable on previous purchases. You can only redeem one code per purchase. You can only redeem up to 4,000 points per purchase. Restrictions apply.

Do you offer a warranty?

Your new piece purchased from Dana Rebecca Designs website or showroom comes with a one year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.

NO! Fine jewelry is meant to be worn every day, but NOT all day every day. Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or working out. Avoid wearing your jewelry during any activity where it would come into contact with harsh chemicals or otherwise be damaged. Think of your jewelry like a cashmere sweater - it's strong, and it'll last for decades, but only if you take care of it. You'd never swim or work out in a cashmere sweater, right? We've been in the jewelry industry for three generations so, trust us on this one - you'll thank us later!

How do I use Shop Pay Installments?

Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments.

For orders between 50 USD to 999.99 USD, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
For orders between 150 USD to 17,500 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time.

To pay for an order using Shop Pay Installments, the following eligibility criteria apply:

You need to have a United States billing address, and be signed up for Shop Pay.
Your order needs to be between 50 USD and 17,500 USD, including shipping and taxes.
If you're ordering a physical product that requires shipping, then you need to provide a United States shipping address. If you're only purchasing digital products, then a United States shipping address isn't required.
For orders split into four bi-weekly payments, you need to pay with a supported credit card or debit card.
For orders paid for in monthly installment payments, you can only pay with a supported debit card.

How is my tier level determined?

Your tier level is based on the dollar amount spent, not your total points. You become eligible for higher tiers with the more you spend. Once you have reached a tier, you will maintain that tier for 365 days from your most recent purchase. To keep your status after 365 days, you need to maintain that tier's minimum spend into the next year. ‌

How do I earn a gift with purchase?

Your cart subtotal must meet the $1,500 price threshold to earn a GWP. Your subtotal must be $1,500+ after the 17% discount and any Diamond Society Rewards have been applied. If your cart subtotal qualifies, the GWP is automatically added. There are limited quantities of gifts, and they will not be restocked. If your cart meets the minimum, but no GWP was added, we have sold through.

I exchanged an item through the return portal, but I need to exchange/return again. Do I follow the same process?
