What is your Holiday Return Policy?

During the holiday season we have an extended return window to accommodate gift givers. Anything purchased from November 12th - December 25th will have to returned by January 10th. If you receive a gift with purchase alongside your jewelry, you will need to return the gift with purchase as well. If not returned, the value of the gift with purchase will be deducted from your total return.

Does the promotion also apply to items in the sale section?

Yes, the promotion applies to the sale section. Please note the sale section is final sale.

When will my order ship?

If the product you order is noted as in stock, it will ship within 2 - 3 business days. If the product has a lead-time associated with it, we can not guarantee it will be delivered by Christmas or Hanukkah.

Are engagement rings and mens wedding bands included in the promotion?

These pieces are not eligible for the 'spend and save' but will get the gift with purchase.
